The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Identification of potential for improvement and standardization of data processes in battery cell development
  • Creating a long-term vision for digital transformation together with the IT department
  • Specification of requirements within the organization and across organizational boundaries
  • Manage and drive use cases / user stories with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the IT team to define the best workflows
  • Writing acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases
  • Monitoring and reporting on project status
  • Definition of a relevant capability map based on standardized processes in R&D  
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (Bachelor's) degree in computer science, computer science, business informatics or comparable training
  • Detailed knowledge of data management and digitalization
  • Professional experience in requirements collection, documentation, validation and management
  • Professional experience in project management, especially in an agile environment, e.g. SAFe (preferably incl. certification)
  • Strong hands-on mentality and an efficient working style to quickly familiarize yourself with complex tasks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
