The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Drafting, planning and carrying out methods, processes, and tools for establish cost transparency in the planning and development processes of battery cell production
- Ongoing close interface function with functional areas to gather required data for cost work as well as align projected costs
- Supporting industrialization teams with cost analyses (e.g., cost evaluation in change management or for cost reduction activities)
- Support in the identification, analysis and implementation of opportunities and risks for factory costs (e.g., conducting cost workshops)
- Monitoring and analyzing deviations between actual and plan
- Working in an interdisciplinary atmosphere and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Developing and continuously improving tools for cost work in the industrialization process
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in the field of economics, engineering or similar education
- Knowledge in the field of business economics & cost calculations
- Very good MS Excel skills
- Structured and responsible working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High degree of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English language skills for our international team
