Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Development and operationalization of the PowerCo corporate strategy
  • Planning and implementation of cross-functional strategy projects
  • Strategic project and stakeholder management
  • Steering and tracking of business unit strategies
  • Alignment strategic activities with VW Group Strategy stakeholders
  • Preparation and presentation of Board materials (MS Power Point)
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Successfully completed Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar education
  • Professional working experience, e.g. in strategy, project management, consulting
  • High degree of personal initiative and intercultural competence
  • Excellent conceptional skills of presentations in MS Power Point
  • Strong analytical, structured and strategic competence
  • Proven experience in strategic consulting projects
  • Business fluent English language skills
  
 
What else can you bring
  • Experience in management strategy,  consulting, analytics in the field of electromobility and battery
  • German language skills
  • High level of face-to-face work in Braunschweig/Salzgitter
 
What to look forward to
