How you will CELLebrate
  • Implement and ensure human rights due diligence at all levels of the value chain, including alignment and harmonization with the overarching corporate goals and strategies
  • Developing and coordinating sustainability reporting: Overview of the structure and requirements of the standards, derivation of key figures and the data required for them, as well as innovations and potentials
  • Independent support of the Human Rights Commissioner in the exercise of the internal control function, including the implementation of audits and reviews
  • Independent analysis and assessment of human rights risks as well as development of preventive/remedial measures in close cooperation with relevant departments
     
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Degree in law, social sciences, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of human rights, sustainability management or compliance
  • Sound knowledge of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and international human rights standards
  • Experience in conducting audits and human rights impact assessments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English and German
