The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Member of the construction controlling team in Salzgitter
- Set up the document management system along with the quality plan and procedures
- Collaborating with the PowerCo local site team and traveling regularly to our sites
- Coordinating the overall site administration taking quality, schedule and cost targets into consideration
- Coordinating with external consultants and handing over documents
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university degree with facility background or similar education
- Several years experience of professional experiences in quality management
- High knowledge in processes and administration issues
- Distinct team orientation and social competence
- Very good communication skills, especially in English

- International construction site experiences
- Experience in LEAN construction management
