The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Member of the construction controlling team in Salzgitter
  • Set up the quality management related to automation and low voltage, along with quality plan and procedures
  • Regular travels to our sites
  • Collaborating with the PowerCo local site team
  • Coordinating the overall automation and commissioning, taking quality, schedule, and cost targets into consideration, and coordinating of external consultants
  • Supporting in acceptances and handing over
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Completed university degree with electrical, or HVAC background or similar education
  • Several years experience of professional experiences in automation and commissioning
  • High knowledge in low voltage and taking over processes
  • Distinct team orientation and social competence
  • Very good communication skills, especially in English 
  
 
What else can you bring
  • International construction site experiences
  • Experience in LEAN construction management
