With whom you will CELLebrate

The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Preparation, conduction and follow-up of committees
  • Process responsibility and advancement of the OKR process in the department  "Energy Storage Solutions (ESS)"
  • Coordination of processes and systems in the deprartment business unit steering 
  • Project and stakeholder management
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-) gradute degree in engineering, business administration or similar education
  • Professional working experience, e.g. in strategy, project management, staff function, consulting
  • High degree of personal initiative and intercultural competence
  • Strong analytical, structured and strategic competence
  • Experience in project management
  • Business fluent English language skills
