Who we are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

Your role and key responsibilities

Customer failure case root cause analysis
Technical communication skills towards our customers
Managing rapid response and risk control to satisfy customer needs
Organizing appointments and meet ups with our customers
Supporting the quality team on call-back activities

What you bring to the team

Master’s degree in material science or engineering or comparable qualification
Experience in battery industry mass production for xEV
Practical experience in failure analysis experience for xEV, as well as customer failure cases experience for European OEM customers
Knowledge in cell product and analysis method
8D methodology
Six sigma green belt certification
