The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Establishment of contacts with manufacturers of cathode components (NMC, binders)
- Selection of suitable materials and conducting supplier visits
- Technical support of the production of cathodes across all product development stages
- Preparation of assessments from test results and comparison with product specifications
- Responsibility for project documentation and representation in the relevant committees
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed studies in chemistry, physics or materials science or a comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of developing/manufacturing cathodes
- Profound knowledge of active materials and binder systems
- Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment
- Strong ability of self-organization and good communication skills

- Professional experience in the field of batteries or battery cells
- Willingness to travel internationally
