The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
How you will CELLebrate
- You act as subject matter expert for BPMN process mapping, business process management, and process improvement
- You facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align and standardize processes across the organization
- You lead training and change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes
- You enjoy working in a challenging environment and like to continuously expand your methodical and technical knowledge
- You have good to very good English skills
What you need for our CELLebration
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, documentation, and process automation
- Strong knowledge and experience in BPMN process mapping
- Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
What else can you bring
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experiences in working with Signavio
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with process analytics (process mining) or process automation (RPA)
