The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Testing and evaluation of potentially suitable materials, creation of bills of materials and work instructions for battery cell development
- Preparation of technical specifications as well as technical supplier evaluation
- Selection of suitable materials and suppliers
- Collaboration with Operations, Quality Assurance and Procurement, and
- Release of components for battery cell development
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed studies in materials science or comparable training
- Professional experience in a company in the battery industry or a research institution for battery technology
- Solid knowledge of process engineering
- Knowledge of the structure and function of lithium batteries
- Independent way of working and high ability to work in a team
- Fluent written and spoken English
What else can you bring
