Expert Aftersales ESS (all genders)

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Contract Fulfillment & Coordination: Responsible for the smooth execution and coordination of after-sales contracts and SLAs, including monitoring key performance indicators and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinating the transition from the sales phase to after-sales execution: ensuring that the customer's needs and expectations are met based on the specific terms of the contract.
  • SLAs & Customer Communication: Proactive communication with customers and internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement of after-sales processes.
  • Documentation and reporting: You will document all service activities and prepare regular service reports to analyze system performance and optimize after-sales processes.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Management: Overseeing the execution and enforcement of SLAs defined in after-sales contracts to ensure that services such as maintenance, repairs, and technical support are provided according to the terms of the contract.
  • Continuous process improvement: You will collect customer feedback and technical insights from the after-sales area to continuously improve our product offering and after-sales strategy.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in after-sales and after-sales business development or technical project planning
  • Sound technical knowledge in the field of battery storage systems, electrical engineering and/or renewable energies.
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and problem solving of complex technical systems.
  • Independent and structured way of working, combined with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
