The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.
How you will CELLebrate
- Processing & controlling sub-projects in the area of All Solid State Battery technology
- Closing cooperation with cooperation partners in the environment of Solid State battery in terms of an ever-changing technology and market environment
- Scouting and benchmarking of future technologies (product and production process)
- Developing / identifyng of potentials for the improvement of product and pptroductionprocess properties
- Managing of sub-projects fin terms of development of industrialization approaches (product and process)
- Assumpting of technical responsibility to ensure the individual project objectives
- Evaluating and creating of technical decision templates
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, physics, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
- Expertise and experience in the field of product development, production processes or industrialization of battery cells (ideally ASSB) required
- Moderation and assertiveness, flexibility as well as high social and communicative competence
- Strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
- Skills in communication and collaboration with business partners
- Fluent in English
