The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Consulting on business models and contracts, and Development of Accounting concepts (IFRS and HGB)
  • Contact for our international companies (currently Canada, Luxemburg and Spain) for all questions on IFRS
  • Contact for VW Accounting Standards department
  • Roll-out of amendments to IFRS standards to the PowerCo Group
  • Analysis and quality assurance of financial closings of PowerCo companies from an IFRS perspective
  • Participate in M&A projects
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successful university degree (or equivalent) in business administration, advanced studies in international accounting, group accounting or auditing
  • Several years of professional experience in the Accounting Standards department of an international corporation or an Audit firm
  • Comprehensive IFRS and HGB knowledge
  • Experience in project management, as well as a confident appearance
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment with competing priorities and strong analytical skills
