The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Independent processing of all accounting processes, including the creation and posting of provisions and intercompany reconciliations
- In-depth knowledge of asset accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Independent preparation of tax returns
- Advising on internal interfaces in business accounting topics
- Creation and optimisation of internal process flows, including ICS, quality and risk management
- Participation in the development and structuring of processes for the new companies in the battery business unit
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university degree in economics or completed commercial vocational training with a comparable additional qualification
- Several years of practical professional experience in the field of finance/accounting of an international industrial company
- High degree of initiative, problem-solving ability and ability to work in a team as well as confident appearance
- Good to very good written and spoken English and German skills
What else can you bring
- Practical experience with SAP (especially SAP S/4 HANA) desirable
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
