The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Developing and coordinating of analyses, reports and presentations for board meetings as well as other board and decision templates, including control of coordination with other departments
  • Planning and controlling of approaches to committee appearances as well as coordinating and preparating of project-specific decisions
  • Independent organizing of the COO's board office in cooperation with the secretariat incl. coordination & implementation of cross-departmental rule rounds incl. preparation and follow-up
  • Coordinating of/for various board orders/projects, e.g. management of strategy development, budget, risk management; Developing and coordinating project plans, tracking and coordinating the implementation of decisions
  • Initiating, developing and co-designing information events, workshops, strategy meetings, etc. to ensure the flow of information and to meet goals, strategies and measures within the company
  • Independent coordinating and managing of projects including implementation of plans, control of tasks and technical coordination of employees
  • Assumpting of individual/special tasks with special confidentiality/secrecy and/or complexity, e.g. personnel matters, structural issues, board minutes
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or similar or related field
  • Several years in a productive area role with experience in strategic planning and project coordination
  • Experience in coordinating as well as preparing and following up meetings
  • Experience in exchanging ideas with committees and coordinating them
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Analytical mindset
