The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Implementing a management system and processes according to ISO 14001 and administrate the digital HSE platform
- Implementing measures to achieve environmental KPIs and targets in coordination with specialist and production areas
- Developing and maintaining compliance processes, plan and execute internal/external audits and prepare environmental reports
- Collaborating with other disciplines, particularly QM and energy management, to ensure a working integrated management system
- Reviewing of the legal register, environmental legislation and management of environmentally relevant changes
- Planning and implementing employee briefings and training courses in the field of environmental management and environmental protection
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university studies or equivalent in engineering, environmental sciences or similar studies.
- Knowledge and experience of development & implementation of ISO 14001 Systems in international geographies.
- Knowledge and experience with technical processes and components
- Experience with digital (cloud-based) HSE management platforms
- Excellent English language skills required (both spoken and written). German is a plus
- Accurate, independent, reliable way of working and willingness to travel internationally
