The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Supporting in ensuring customs and foreign trade compliance
- Assessment of existing business processes, processes, projects and documents for the assessment of compliance risks under foreign trade law
- Creating, revision and implementing of foreign trade, export control and customs law guidelines, procedures and their regular updating
- Implementing of training courses on the basis of the developed guidelines
- Creating and optimizing of internal processes and definition of the internal control system
- Participating in the development and structuring of the processes for the new companies in the Battery division
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university degree in economics or completed commercial vocational training with comparable additional qualification in the field of customs
- Several years of professional experience in the field of customs/export control
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant customs and foreign trade regulations
- Business fluent English skills
What else can you bring
- Practical experience with SAP (especially SAP S/4 HANA) desirable
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
- High degree of initiative, problem-solving ability and ability to work in a team
