ERP Program - Business Lead Finance (all genders)
The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
The program managers (Finance, Operations and IT) in the ERP project are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all activities related to the implementation of an integrated and cross-functional ERP system within PowerCo. These include the following tasks:
- Responsibility for the ERP template and its successful roll-out at the production sites
- Management of all rollout phases (from fit/gap, implementation, test, training, to cut-over and go-live) by proactively identifying and solving project risks
- Definition of key milestones, timelines, and project goals of the program
- Responsibility for the achievement of program and project goals in terms of scope, costs, deadlines and quality
- Responsibility for the transfer of planned business requirements into IT functionalities
- Ensuring compliance with local requirements and, if necessary, expanding the global ERP template
- Responsibility for the planning of functional resources within the program and project budget
- Coordination of cooperation between departments and identification of integrative aspects
- Continuous reporting to the Steering Committee on program and project progress, metrics, project risks, deviations from plan, and accompanying actions
- Responsibility for compliance with company-specific regulations and strategies
- Experience in the management of international ERP roll-out and implementation projects in the manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in ERP implementation in the field of finance
- IT affinity, also in the field of digitalization and experience with migration, project management as well as test management and tools
- Integrative knowledge of SAP ERP processes and excellent understanding of business processes in the financial sector
- Experience in change management and ability to build collaborative relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Strong implementation orientation and high quality awareness
- Team-oriented way of working and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach employees
- Ability to work under pressure and the ability to work in a results-oriented manner in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
