Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.

 

How you will CELLebrate

The HR Digital Learning Expert is tasked with spearheading the digital transformation of learning and development within PowerCo. By managing the Learning Management System (LMS), this role is crucial in coordinating, digitalizing and evaluating training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs. 

  • Implement and participate in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) for PowerCo, ensuring its optimal functionality and accessibility
  • Maintain the LMS with up-to-date information, including employee data, training materials, modules, and assessments, ensuring content relevance and accuracy
  • Provide first-level technical support for the LMS, addressing user queries and troubleshooting platform-related issues promptly
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across various departments to continuously align e-training objectives with organizational needs
  • Organize and manage logistics for learning events such as onboarding days, workshops, and webinars, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement
  • Development and implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights on training effectiveness, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in learning activities
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital learning, recommending innovative solutions to enhance learning experiences
  • Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have access to necessary training materials and resources within the LMS, facilitating a seamless integration into the organization
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Experience in digital learning & learning platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills combined with ability to work independently and proactively as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying technical problems and providing solutions
  • Advanced knowledge in digital learning trends and emerging technologies
  • English fluently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Informational Technology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields
