The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Accumulating requirements for ESS battery storages & components such as cells, modules and BMS
  • Defining and organizing of technical ESS component requirements and specifications for development and series projects
  • Evaluating and coordinatng of ESS storage requirements and synchronization of internal and external stakeholders (technical development, quality, storage system supplier, etc.)
  • Ensuring conformity with laws, regulations and standards of a legal nature and internal company guidelines for the use of ESS products
  • Generating and supporting release process management, e.g. for level releases
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Technical/university degree, e.g. in physics, electrical engineering or chemical engineering
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of battery cells, ESS components and ESS systems
  • Project management experience in ESS development
  • Experience in the use of requirements management software (e.g. DOORS)
  • Fluent English and basic German language skills for our international team
  • Above-average ability to work in a team and enjoy working in an agile working environment
