The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Project management for the execution of new digitalization projects in PowerCo Technology.
- Monitoring and reporting of project status.
- Initiation of necessary escalation and preparing as well as arrangement of decisions.
- Preparing and conducting necessary committees in the project context.
- Coordination of external partners and companies in the projects.
- Prepare a long-term vision for digital transformation including requirements management.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in IT, computer science, business informatics or similar education.
- Experience as project manager especially working in agile environments e.g. SAFe (preferably including certification).
- Strong hands-on mentality and an efficient working style in order to get up to speed quickly on complex tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Business fluent English language skills.
