The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Design and implementation of data pipelines, data storage and data processing solutions
- Ensure the scalability and availability of the data infrastructure
- Collaborate with shopfloor data acquisition and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C# or others, as well as profound knowledge in SQL
- Experience with ETL/ ELT processes
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data pipeline and data processing technologies as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Business fluent in German and English
What else can you bring
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Certifications such as Azure Data Engineering
- Relevant experience with data science and data analytics frameworks (e.g. Scikit-learn, pandas, Tensor Flow)
- Good knowledge in the areas of statistics, data science and data analytics
