The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Member of the construction management teams in Spain or East Europe
- Takeover a subproject as construction manager MEP
- Managing overall schedule, quality and cost targets
- Leading of external consultants and contractors
- Coordinating of construction site and processes, ensuring compliance with work safety regulations
- Reviewing change requests and related pricing /scopes
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university degree with a electrical engineering, supply engineering or similar background
- Several years of pofessional experiences in construction management or site supervision
- High knowledge in scheduling, quality control and safety coordination
- High technical understanding and systematic and solution oriented way of working
- Distinct team orientation and social competence and good communication skills
- Fluent in English language skills, German or other languages are a plus
What else can you bring
- International construction site experience
- Experience in LEAN Construction Management
- Good knowledge of construction contract law
