The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Collecting relevant data from different areas of the company that are relevant to the project (current procurement situation, supplier performance, market trends,..)
- Evaluation of the collected data to identify trends, opportunities and threats that are of interest to top management
- In close cooperation with other departments, coordination of possible strategies to optimize procurement and supply chain
- Creating a comprehensive presentation that presents the data collected, insights analyzed, and proposed strategies in a clear and understandable way
- Presentation of results and recommendations to top management
What you need for our CELLebration
- Commercial or engineering studies or further education with similar qualifications
- Basic technical understanding and willingness to familiarize with new topics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interest in working with different areas and quick comprehension
- Self-confident and fluent communication and presentation skills in English

- Knowledge in the production of battery cells
- Proven experience and success in project management
- Proficiency in written and spoken German
