The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.
How you will CELLebrate
- Designing, optimizing and synchronizing an holistic Change Management Process (technical change management)
- Monitoring and controlling of the whole change management process
- Planning, executing and following-up of decision meetings for change management
- Multidisciplinary coordination and team cooperation with different departments such as Technical Development, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to ensure a successful implementation of the changes
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/university studies in the field of engineering or similar qualification
- Experience in process management and technical change management methods
- Technical know-how regarding development and production of battery cells
- Strong ability to work in teams and a high degree of initiative
- Experience in the field of project and risk management
- Fluent in English
