The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Development, suggestion, enforcement and assurance of maintenance methods/concepts for the standard cell factories
- Definition of interfaces to other service areas with regard to maintenance
- Implementation of new technologies (e.g. VR/AR applications, diagnostic equipment/software, Artificial-Intellection, etc.)
- Ensuring the future viability of maintenance concepts (e.g. spare parts inventory and control, preventive maintenance, digitization, etc.)
- Maintaining customer and supplier relationships in all project phases as well as representation in committees
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical / university studies with a technical/scientific background or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in planning, production, maintenance and digitization of maintenance
- Experienced in common lean methods, especially shop floor management
- Business fluency in spoken and written English as well as (inter)national willingness to travel with long-term possible assignments abroad
- Strong ability to work in a team and inter-cultural competence as well as high cost awareness, innovative ability and very good communication skills
