Cell Component Specialist (all genders)

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Organize execution of material and process trials with cell development lab, pilot line, B-line and also with  external partners
  • Arrange professional measurement data handling for data and also for project related information within the team
  • Work actively on cell component selection, evaluation and selection for series development projects
  • Organize and supervise execution of experiments for component qualification. 
  • Support our team and colleagues in operations in new material processing and trouble shooting
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • University degree e.g., in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, process engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of Lithium-ion battery technology 
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to manage complex technical tasks with the team within the project timeline
  • Create crisp and convincing presentations
  • Knowledge to apply problem solving methodology like 8D
  • Englisch language min. C1 level
