The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Managing cell chemistry topics in an ambitious series battery development project
  • Organizational lead of problem solving solutions
  • Embedding improvement procedures into the project
  • Aligning project topics with colleagues, management and stakeholders on international basis
  • Providing professional presentations in organizational and management meetings
  • Collecting weekly reports, consolidate them and present to next management level
  • Aligning all activities to project timetable and budget
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • University degree e.g., in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, process engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of Lithium-ion battery technology 
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to manage complex technical tasks with the team within the project timeline
  • Knowledge to apply problem solving methodology like 8D
  • Englisch language min. C1 level
