The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Conception and further realization of a development process for battery cells.
- Implementation of internal process reviews and workshops on process optimization.
- Ensuring process documentation as part of quality management (e.g. process standards, work instructions, process map, document landscape).
- Ensuring compliance with process specifications through quality assurance during development.
- Support of the specialist departments in external and internal audits.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/university studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in automotive development processes and quality management systems.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills.
- Communication skills in German and English.
