The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Implementing of a business process excellence and governance management
- Developing of clear process rules, methods and standards for all business units within Business Unit Operations
- Developing of a process and results-oriented organization and design of the change management process
- Designing of business governance and business approval processes and review of adherence in operations
- Conducting process audits
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-) graduate degree in engineering, logistics, economics or similar education
- Alternative: several years of relevant professional experience in process governance
- Well-founded methodical understanding, Audit experiance
- Structured and analytical working method
- Business fluent German and English language skills
- Experience in communicating with an intercultural environment
