The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Updating & monitoring budgets and creating regular reports

  • Monitoring and analyzing deviations between actual and plan

  • Preparing, gathering, consolidating and providing budget forecasts from all Operations departments

  • Supporting Operations departments in the purchase request approval process and ensure that all required information are available in time and in quality

  • Collaborating in the implementation of new processes, IT systems and standards in budget management

  • Working in an interdisciplinary atmosphere and coordinating with various stakeholders (e. g. budget shifts)

  • Understanding processes and user needs to suggest enhancements und support implementation in close alignment with the relevant stakeholders

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in the field of economics, engineering or similar education
  • Experience in the field of budget controlling
  • Good IT skills (SAP S/4 HANA, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent English for our international team
