The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

How you will CELLebrate

Drafting, planning and carrying out methods, processes and tools in target cost management
Leading interdisciplinary cost teams for the alignment of (expected) actual costs, deviations to target costs and cost reduction measures
Consolidating, controlling and consistently tracking measures for cost reduction and risk minimization
Determing competitive target costs and splitting into sub-target costs across departments and production processes
Strategic target cost derivation based on a technology roadmap
Organizing, consolidating and integrating cost evaluations from the functional areas into change management
Ensuring cost data quality (timeliness, correctness, completeness...)
Organizing and managing workshops (e.g. idea workshops)

What you need for our CELLebration

Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in the field of economics, engineering or similar education
Extensive experience in target costing or similar areas (e.g. cost engineering, continuous improvement)
Proficient knowledge in industrial manufacturing and economic dependencies
Very good MS Office skills
Assertiveness, communication and teamwork skills
High degree of initiative and independent working style
Fluent English language skills for our international team
