The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Work in battery electrode development or cell development as she/he has +5 years experience in the field
  • Perform electrode analysis work through structural and morphological characterizations
  • Derive correlations between electrodes and cells based on the electrochemical results
  • Predict cell performance and analyze the degradation
  • Contribute to dry electrode process and material development
  • Lead the projects with internal and external partners
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science
  • More than 5 years experience electrode development or cell development
  • Experience with dry electrodes and similar new electrode technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of battery materials, electrodes, battery cells
  • Experience in electrode production processes and electrode analysis
  • Business fluent English language skills to communicate effectively with international teams

  • Higher education related to lithium ion batteries, e.g. a PhD in the field
