The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Conducting cell development projects in testing department as test, quality and failure manager
  • Scheduling, coordinating and evaluating of cell tests (electrical, environmental, safety and mechanical tests)
  • Evaluating the performance and safety characteristics as well as development of automated and IT-based analysis methods
  • Developing of new methods, test procedures and testing strategies
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Cooperating and steering of internal and external development partners
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in informatics, chemistry, materials science, physics, mechanics, electrical engineering or similar education
  • In-depth knowledge in battery cells, particularly in cell testing methods
  • In-depth knowledge in test, quality and fault management
  • Business fluent English language skills
  • High degree of personal initiative and engagement
 

What else can you bring

  • PhD in informatics, chemistry, materials science, physics, mechanics, electrical engineering
  • In-depth knowledge in battery cells, particularly in cell testing methods
  • Usage of Origin software for data analysis and presentation
  • Knowledge in automotive industries
  • Ability to analyze complex relationships and to understand them in detail as well as teamwork and communication skills
