The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

How you will CELLebrate

Performing requirements management for the series development of battery cells
Defining and cross-discipline coordination of technical component requirements and specifications for development and series projects
Evaluation and coordination of new requirements as well as requirement changes with internal and external stakeholders (vehicle, quality, battery system, etc.)
Ensuring conformity with laws, regulations and standards of a legal nature and internal company guidelines for the use of battery cells
Providing release recommendations, e.g. for level releases
Performing change management in the respective development stages

What you need for our CELLebration

Technical/university degree, e.g. in electrochemistry, materials science, physics, electrical engineering or chemical engineering
Sound knowledge in the areas of battery cells, cell components, battery materials and battery systems
Project management experience in Li-ion battery cell development (ideally in HV battery systems and BEV vehicle system architectures)
Experience in the use of requirements management software (e.g. DOORS)
Fluent English and basic German language skills for our international team
