The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Develope technical requirements and specifications for battery cell components
- Manage transfer of product specification to process feasibility
- Prepare product/process gap analysis and risk analysis
- Lead technical feasibility studies
- Support ramp-up of B- and C-sample production
- Represent development in all necessary project committees releated to the interface between development and production
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree of engineering in mechanical engineering, production engineering, chemical engineering, environmental technology, supply engineering or comparable education
- Experience of several years in process technology for manufacturing battery cells from laboratory scale to mass production scale
- Experience of several years in measurement technology from slurry mixing to end of line tests
- Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment
- Intercultural competence and readiness for international traveling
