The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Develop cell designs and derive bills of materials
- Lead alignment of cell designs with chemical and mechanical team
- Evaluate impact of cell design on cell properties
- Identify and evaluate means for (cost) optimization
- Identify and understand trade-offs & derive countermeasures
- Evaluate impact of cost optimization potentials on cell performance and ead technical feasibilities studies
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, chemical engineering, environmental technology, mechanical engineering or comparable education
- Profound knowledge in cell design from chemical to mechanical design
- Professional experience in the field of battery cells
- Several years of work in electrochemistry
- Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment
