The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to consolidate, release, and steer all battery-specific infrastructure (BSI) design-related topics 
  • Collect inputs from various departments, with a particular focus on fire protection and permit requirements, to ensure comprehensive consideration of all design aspects
  • Manage the design change process based on requests, evaluating feasibility, impact, and alignment with project objectives
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules for BSI design activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestone
  • Ensure that all BSI design activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for project stakeholders

 

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in infrastructure coordination or project management, preferably in the energy or automotive industry
  • Understanding of battery technology and its integration into infrastructure systems
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing battery infrastructure deployment is a plus
