The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  •  Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and coordinate detailed construction plans for BSI projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  •  Site Management: Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  •  Resource Management: Manage all construction resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  •  Supplier and Contract Management: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, monitoring contracts to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  •  Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify and mitigate risks in construction projects and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully earned a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering
  • Extensive experience in international projects
  • Strong awareness of cost, quality, and process KPIs
  • Relevant technical expertise and project experience in BSI
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation skills
  • Quick learner with exceptional communication abilities
