The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Consolidation and Release of BSI Design Topics: Lead the consolidation and release of all BSI design topics, ensuring effective coordination with teams and suppliers.
  • Input Collection and Stakeholder Engagement: Gather inputs and engage stakeholders to ensure all design aspects, particularly fire protection and permits, are addressed.
  • Design Change Management: Manage and implement design changes, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder input.
  • Technical Documentation and Standards Compliance: Ensure all design documents meet industry standards and are accurately maintained.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in BSI design through new technologies and materials.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Knowledge of battery cell production and BSI
  • High cost awareness, negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Above-average communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Experience with battery cell production process
