The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Manage and maintain the entire Azure cloud infrastructure for our organization
  • Support a company wide Azure monitoring, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal downtime
  • Ensure a secure usage of Azure by implementing a solid foundation based on zero trust principles
  • Collaborate with developers, security experts, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless Azure-powered solutions
  • Utilize tools such as Azure Portal, Terraform/Terragrunt and ARM templates
  • Implementing and optimizing chargeback and FinOps company wide processes
  • Support the integration of on premises workloads into Azure
  • Support of PowerCo's internal Data Platform to be become a succesful data driven company
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on experience in Azure cloud management e. g. virtual machines, resource groups, storage accounts, and networking components
  • Exposure to Azure Platform services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps as well as experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex data challenges
  • Knowledge of Software Design Patterns and programming experience (Python or Go fluency is a plus)
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Terraform and/or Terragrunt)
  • Willingness to gain experience in Azure Databricks and related data services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
  • Passion for Data & Analytics, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies
  • Proactive identification of areas for innovation and improvement within the entire cloud architecture
  • Knowledge of FinOps principles and experience organizing financial services related to Azure, including chargeback processes
 

What else can you bring

  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-304, AZ-400, AZ-500) are a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud architecture, and data platforms relevant to data management, analytics, and processing
