The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Supporting the head of the legal department (General Counsel) in all tasks and projects as well as the team of the legal department
- Professional organization and administration of the secretariat
- Handling of general business correspondence in English and German
- Preparation of presentations for management meetings
- Appointment- and travel management
- Coordination of signature runs and monitoring of deadlines
- Independent correspondence with business partners and external lawyers
What you need for our CELLebration
- Preferably completed training as a legal assistant or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as an assistant in international companies, in law firms or comparable positions
- Very good knowledge of Office programs (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Flexibility, resilience and team spirit as well as loyalty and discretion
