With whom you will CELLebrate
The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Evaluate new and already commercialized anode materials (active and inactive materials) to match the requirements from our project specifications.
- Design anodes, plan and execute efficient experimental campaigns together with our development team from laboratory scale to pilot plant to provide relevant information about anode formulations and recipes and give recommendations for their implementation into the battery cell.
- Carry out detailed investigations to find causative relationships between anode material properties and how they affect electrode processing, electrode properties and battery cell performance
- Stay up to date regarding the newest developments in anode material technology and anode design and align these with PowerCo’s targets.
- Take technical responsibility and ownership for implementation of anodes into PowerCo´s series production within a cross-functional organization.
- Navigate within a dynamic environment and consider non-expert audiences in your communication of technical results. Make your planning and technical thought process visible and understandable to the people around you, from managers to technicians
