The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. As a recruiting team, we are in charge of attracting the best international talents and experts in a changing work environment and at the same time creating the best candidate experience. In this way, we are responsible for the organization and communication of the entire application process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to designing and optimizing the internal and external recruiting process.
How you will CELLebrate
- Development of active sourcing strategies to accompany our employer branding activities and job advertisements with focus on diversity sourcing
- Creation of candidate personas together with our recruiters and hiring managers to search for national and international expert profiles, for example in the field of cell development and production
- Selection and systematic usage of suitable sourcing methods such as Talent/Profile Mining, CV Database Search, Harvesting, Open Web Search or Boolean Search to identify qualified candidate profiles
- Individual adressing and communication in relevant networks and online platforms to create qualified applications
- Establishment of a candidate network and talent pool
- Control of our sourcing based on relevant KPIs
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree with focus on HR or similiar education
- Relevant experience in adressing candidates directly
- In-depth knowledge of modern (diversity) sourcing techniques, trends and tools (especially LinkedIn Recruiter and XING Talent Manager)
- High affinity to digital media, especially to social/business networks
- Target group-oriented communication skills, empathy and curiosity for creative approaches in direct contact
- Fluent German and English language skills and knowledge of common MS Office applications
