The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Delivery of products in terms of time, cost & quality:
- Introducing and implementing agile working methods in a concrete project for a cross-functional, intercultural team
- Drive (sub-)projects by coordinating, tasks, tracking costs, and project KPI’s
- Regular project progress reporting within the project structure
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in the field of industrial engineering, mechatronic engineering or similar education
- Experience within the battery or automotive industry as well as transformation/ change management experience
- Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications and JIRA
- High level of intercultural comepetence
- Fluent English and German language skills
