The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Leading projects for the development and implementation of a efficient and compliment waste management in our Factories considering strategic goals as well as cost, time, and quality requirements
  • Developing, proposing, and coordinating the implementation of company-wide organizational structures, processes, tools, procedures, standards, and lessons learned in the field of waste management
  • Evaluating, interpreting, and ensuring the application of new technologies, external and internal environmental and disposal regulations and standards
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing waste management processes to increase efficiency and sustainability
  • Leading global working groups and collaborating with internal departments as well as external partners and authorities on waste management topics
  • Conducting training and awareness programs for employees on the topic of waste management
  • Preparing reports and documentation on waste quantities, types, and recycling methods
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • University degree in environmental management, process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in waste management
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills in an international environment
  • Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written
  • High cost awareness, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
  • Experience with MS Office applications
