The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Development and implementation of potential solution proposals for challenges of various projects within Operations
  • Cross-functional alignment of multiple topics and development of cross-functional relationships within Operations
  • Regular reporting at both work and management levels
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (under-) graduate degree in engineering, logistics, economics or similar education - alternative: several years of relevant professional experience in technical field
  • Excellent assimilation skills and quick understanding of problems from different areas and independent or cooperative development of solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
  • Willingness and a strong understanding to work on urgent, difficult challenges and projects - regardless of discipline
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills
  • Experience in communicating with an intercultural environment
