(Senior) Expert Subsidiaries Management (all genders)

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Project management of PowerCo subsidiaries (incl. management of cross-functional tasks as well as creating internal and external (decision-making) templates for decision-making committees
  • (Further) development and support in implementing the investment strategy and founding of subsidiaries
  • End-to-end management as process owner with the relevant departments and PowerCo subsidiaries (incl. stakeholder management, evaluation governance structures, evaluation and creation of target operating models and conducting negotiations and drafting contracts)
  • Key account for local management and PowerCo departments; preparation of decision papers for and communication with top decision makers of PowerCo and Shareholders
  • Preparation of shareholder meetings; support of local management in the implementation of guidelines and standards
  • Management of cross functional international projects and interdisciplinary project teams
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Bachelor’s /Master's degree in the field of business administration/industrial engineering/business informatics/business law
  • In-depth relevant professional experience
  • Experience of managing complex interdisciplinary projects with international partners
  • (Independent), structured and results-orientated way of working as well as excellent and target group-oriented communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills and business fluency in German and English
