The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the Product Management are varied. The unit is responsible for all activities relating to the development and industrialization of battery cells. Responsibilities range from the preparation of technology roadmaps and portfolio planning to volume and cycleplan planning and the holistic program management for global battery projects.
How you will CELLebrate
- Developing long-term strategic volume plans for PowerCo’s product strategy
- Analyzing and visualizing the various factors influencing our production volume
- Helping for strategic decision making and planning, based on data-driven insights
- Evaluation from PowerCo's overall business perspective
- Consolidating market trends, customer insights, and product maturity data to form a solid foundation for product strategy
- Coordinating preliminary alignment of workflows and scenarios across functions
- Analyzing consolidated information to recommend Go/No-Go decisions for new business opportunities
- Maintaining close communication with customers and internal stakeholders, responding to requests and reporting feasibility assessments to management
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/university studies, or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends, customer data, and product maturity
- Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company’s goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings to management
- Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
- A deep understanding of the lithium-ion market and industry trends to make informed decisions
- Profound knowledge of lithium-ion technology to make informed decisions about product feasibility and strategic planning (such as understanding product capabilities and limitations)
- Business fluent in English
- Outstanding team spirit, good communication and organizational skills
